Replaces the Echelon Outfit you obtain through Nebula (if you have completed the PAYDAY 2 achievements) with the Legacy Tactical from PAYDAY 2.
Why? I think the default Echelon outfit looks like doo-doo, It also has characters arms and their necks clipping through the outfit which is hilariously bad. This port has none of those issues.
