Important:

I had my game lag and refuse to let me ready up (assets not loading) when using UE4SS, instead of -fileopenlog as a launch option.
Couldn't fix it no matter what I tried. Maybe UE4SS doesn't like 300+ modded files at once, idk. Try that if your game freezes.

If you have any sounds that you think would suit this mod, please comment, preferably with a video of the sound.
Some sounds I have purposefully left out. For example, I muted the first responders' sirens when they are in the distance, but not when they arrive as I found that useful.
