Is silent assassin possible to make in payday 3?
Hey all! I'm new to modding, so I was wondering if it was possible to make a similar mod along the lines of silent assassin from payday 2? I wasn't sure because I know the game is still always online. I'm not sure if that can change anything?

For online, Probably not. Unlike PD2, most things are on the server side, instead of running from the host's PC and internet. So anything that fiddles with the game itself, and not the client playing, doesn't really work online. You can blame Always Online for that
In solo/offline it would though (probably)
